The Agency for Job Placement and International Development (AJPID) helps employers as well those seeking employments to meet. We are aware that a resume does not suffice. That is why we are here. As specialists, we understand the needs of both the businesses and those of the candidates, and our objectives is to help them find each other.


From there, our clients receive an expanded file describing the potential of the candidates.


  • A preliminary meeting with our client to detail their needs and expectations.

  • Selection of candidates (Internal data pool, network of contacts, social media, reference schools, etc.)

  • Invitation to targeted potential candidates, active in the workplace and/or newly graduated from a nationally recognized school.

  • Assessment of candidates (a structured interview at our office in Burkina Faso, reference check, psychometric evaluations (if needed), theoretical and manual skill testing, medical exam approved by immigration Canada, judicial background check) and verification of academic competencies.

  • Final selection (presentation of the final candidates (portfolio), complete reports and recommendations, accompaniment of the client during final interviews).

  • Welcome and integration of selected candidate. We will accompany the Burkina Faso worker to your business and we will guide you during their integration.

  • Complementary training is offered in collaboration with the “Centre Polymétiers” of Rouyn-Noranda.
